Grown at about 1,500 meters in Huehuetenango by women of the ACODIHUE cooperative, whose “Manos de Mujer” (Women’s Hands) designation covers only a small, carefully selected share of the harvest. It’s balanced and sweet, with ripe cherry up front and a rich, toffee-like finish. It works for drip or espresso.
