Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Rhinestone Coffee Roasters.
Coffee and Food Products
Because coffee is a food product, we cannot accept returns of opened coffee or other opened consumable products. If your coffee arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at rhinestonecofferoasters@gmail.com so we can review the issue and make it right.
Merchandise
Unworn and unused non-food merchandise may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.
Some merchandise is produced especially for your order by our fulfillment partners. Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, made-to-order or personalized products may not be eligible for return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at rhinestonecofferoasters@gmail.com. Please include your order number and, when applicable, photographs showing the problem.
Starting a Return
Contact us at rhinestonecofferoasters@gmail.com before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions if your return is approved. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Gift Cards and Final-Sale Items
Gift cards and items specifically identified as final sale are not returnable, except where required by law.
European Union Customers
Where applicable, customers purchasing from the European Union may have additional cancellation or return rights under applicable consumer-protection law. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
